Event photography

If it involves a gathering of people, loved ones or family we can be there to photograph the event capturing candid images in high definition

We bring a fully equipped professional studio to your event. Offering you and your guests professional quality prints within one minute of your image being taken. We normally attend free and charge only for selected prints. Common events are black tie, charity balls, fun days, proms, wedding evening reception.

Wedding photography

We love weddings and have photographed many using traditional techniques and photograph conventional compositions or we can go off the wall with the unconventional sometimes candid images giving you as true cinematic representation of your precious day

Every wedding is unique therefore we offer set packages to meet your requirements.

We offer a free consultation to discuss your wedding and We only use highest quality albums that will serve as a memento for generations.

Concert photography

I have been very honoured to have photographed some Legends in the music industry, as well as upcoming, breakthrough artists. I have also photographed drama and theatre productions so having a film back ground I can direct this staged performance into images that look like a still from a movie. Production Stills

I’m currently in the process of finalising a short film which I have co directed with my friend Leo. This has been a feat indeed with Leo now living in Prague and our editor Paul was living in Edinburgh. it was a triangle then a square as all is equal bringing the piece full circle. (Since writing the above Catman’s Greenock went on to be nominated for best short at the 73rd Edinburgh International Film Festival.

I studied Photography, Film and Imaging but focused my attentions on the Scottish Screen and the crowns colonial representation of it’s land and peoples so I’m continuously involved in some sort of production as Director or Producer and so being on set I can document the production like a director should.

Maternity photography

This is a very special opportunity to capture highly emotive candid portraits of this precious new life you are celebrating. We suggest having a family portrait on arrival while you are fresh as most new parents rarely get a complimentary photograph together. Please don’t worry if you are not feeling too great as we offer discreet airbrushing to ensure you look fabulous! Then just relax and enjoy a refreshment while we carefully photograph your little darling.

Maternity to Newborn session: £35.00
One hour Newborn session and 12″ x 8″ portrait: £50.00

Celebrate your precious cargo with a fun 30 minute maternity session with us – partners are welcome too! This package includes 2 – 6″ x 4″ mounted portraits for you to keep and a complimentary 30 minute Newborn Baby session once your little one arrives if redeemed within the first 6 weeks.

Christening, Communions and Confirmations photography

The season has started and being small kids regard me as one of their own so the barriers come down and the stage is relaxed so your child is at ease providing a natural expression. We were very lucky with the weather. A beautiful morning light helped me to create this almost spiritual mood in the photographs.

Photographs taken before the service and during the service followed by group shots immediately after the service.

Our commercial photography structure is simple. We charge half day (4 hours) or full day rate. Our rate is fully inclusive of expenses within 50 miles of Greenock, shoot fees, editing and image usage rights.

Film Scanning Service

Bring your old negatives to life by transferring them to digital images with our film scanning service. Film scanning

Whether you have one negatives or one hundred we can satisfy your needs.

Please note: This service only scans colour and black and white 35mm and 110mm negatives (price is per negative).
If you have transparent image maybe on fuji film like the viewfinder image we can still have that blown up and restored.
