Hi fellow mortals,

The local kids here in Inverclyde are now in the second week of the annual 1st Holy Communion events in and around the community. It’s very strange seeing some friends kids make their communion as you feel you made yours only let’s say a few spins of the earth ago. Life. we are here but a short time. Enjoy

Hey folks..It looks like the demolition of this road and Corlic street has hit a snag. There are still residents living all around and so one only can wonder what will happen and if these residents really want to move. I’m sure they would have taken a de-cant if they wanted to move and maybe the council have a fight on their hands.

Hi ah, I came across this little square building yesterday when I grabbed a few shots of the demolition going on just down the road from here. I’ve lived in these parts for 13 years and I can’t remember if this was the old police station which is just before Aberfoyle Road on Kilmacolm Road.  Feel free to send a reply

hi ah, here in this image we have what is left of the lower part of Kilmacolm road. There are still residents living in the next blocks on either side. Part of the  modernisation and the construction of the realities of the white working classes and under classes.  These people have no voice and need a voice in this county. The divide widens..

I forgot to mention young Robbie was also on the scene today. That boy is a 100 miles an hour. Good to see the next generation and be part of their lives..
